Before you transfer out your email, please make sure you backup all your emails to avoid missing emails. To transfer out email, you just need to provide us the MX record and TXT record of your new email service provider, we will update it to your DNS setting.

If you have the different MX record from your new email service provider, please contact our support at [email protected]. For existing customer, you may drop us a support ticket though the Private Access.
